It was very wordy, and it felt like a lot of the things that were happening were very sudden even with all of that text, but it was still interesting. I liked the idea of a demon practicing buddhism and trying his hardest to adhere to it, but I feel like the combination of the world's extensive complexities coupled with the already confusingly complex nature of buddhism made it hard to get a proper grasp on what was going on. If this were a series, maybe it would've been a bit slower and more digestible, but as a oneshot, I can understand why it was the way it was.
