As far as I can see, in her work she's the very image of efficiency and proffessionalism, to the point where we can see how the other people (male or female) express their admiration of her work ethic and results.

It's just that in her personal life she's a bit of a disaster and depends on her partner for everything harder than opening a bag of cookies.

Gap moe and all that stuff.
