The anime adaptation of this chapter was total garbage, they rushed and skipped the explanation. What is ridiculous, since it was a climax moment.

Aiura said it was not the first time she and Kusuo tried to stop the eruption. So it was manga content only. Can somebody tell me in wich previous chapter this happened?
