Is it me or is it basically a complete rip-off of the JIN manga ? even the timing of diseases appearing...

This manhwa feels weird because it's trying and failing to do multiple things at once. It fails to be a good medical manhwa because of the limitations to show showing gore and medical procedures. It tries to be a fanfic of Romance of the Three Kingdoms, and an isekai with Litrpg mechanics, but those tropes don't work well because of that vague historical tag they're trying to stick to. I have no reference to RotTK, so my enjoyment is hindered, but even then, the medical for which I did read it for is too tame fro my preferences.
