the writing in this one is kinda contrived, mc is so smart and clever and it feels like everyone is guaranteed to act like she is so smart and so clever even when there's no reason to.

Honestly this is a pretty decent read, if slow placed.

Even if this started about taking revenge, it will end up with a quick forgiveness in name of misunderstanding and there is already foreshadowing of FL being grateful to the family who she wants revenge. If it was not for her intelligence, they wouldn't even treat her favourably and try to gain her affection.
The revenge on another party will most likely happen since she doesn't need to win the villain affection and to build a huge showdown only to be defeated quickly.
It hard to find a proper revenge genre since it always ends up with forgiveness
