Thanks for the chapter!
This is finally having some good pace and it is now catching up with the anime (though I guess the anime is also jumbling the sequence of events). The TL work is a lot better than the other group, Agni (they started this series pretty well but they seem to just dump things on the MTL and almost never proof-read anymore).

I generally don't read light novels... But in a scale of comparasion, how much better the novel feels compared to the manga?

read the light novel, some stuff in the manga doesn't make sense with the context being skipped in the manga
for better or for worse? I am in doubt if I should watch it
for worse, for example, the ending's very different, and pretty much doesn't exist anywhere, and just made to end the anime with a happy ending for the both of them

Wataru confessed so many times to Natsukawa she completelly removed from her mind that she turned down his most serious confession right before he changed his attitude...

Wataru is just casually rizzing girls left and right, Yuyu and now even Ayano is thinking really well of him. But he does need to fix some things in his head. Like, all this almost-shipping the girl you like with another guy just because they look good together is unhealthy, bro. Keep doing it and you might end up with a nasty Netorase fetish...

Kinda weird the POV shifts partway in this chapter. But I'll take any that has Aika's POV. Maybe she'll change for the better starting from this. My copium. Aika's only realizing all this now? I could've sworn she started realizing earlier based on what she's been doing, but then again she's the type to act first and think later...

Nice try Takaaki, but she's not interested in watching your football plays. He tried to play that card twice to no avail, and even heard Aika say she was worried about Wataru. Better think about forfeiting soon, she's just not interested and only has one boy in her head. I liked how that middle school wannabe playboy tried to hit on Aika and she shut him down on her own, even while Takaaki who had an opportunity to show he would protect her couldn't do anything. Wataru trained her well in the art of rejecting boys...
