Thanks for the chapter!
Is it me or does Mrs. Mason look a lot like that maid the old Chloe framed for her mistake with the house accounts? Is there some etiquette thing where Mrs. Mason expected MC to pass the order to a servant or was she implying that MC should leave so could talk to Duke alone? Also, why does everyone always gulp it down rather than sip and savor it!? Is there some cultural thing where need to make sure others can hear you drink or something? Seems like women must suffer for both beauty and fashion if they're wearing long, heavy, multi-layered dresses when it's hot. Mrs. Mason is wearing a floor length full body dark blue dress with sleeves that'll weigh quite a bit and probably breathes terribly, light blue vest on top, and a white button down shirt which will be very stifling, heavy and hot. Would've been nice to have seen Mrs. Mason actually put the mints on the table rather than them already being there when view goes to the scene of them sitting down in the room. In any case, Mrs. Mason seems impressed by the tea, MC's thoughts and knowledge about the tea, and Alphonse backing up his wife rather than staying silent.
