It'd be odd for the author to show these without any prior indication tho, unless the author has personal experience with pregnancy and is aware of these signs.

Feels pretty early plot-wise to introduce a baby tho. Series rarely show the pregnancy process because it's not as "attractive" to draw. I'd be interested to see if we might get a timeskip if that's the case.
