Whether their phrasing was terrible or not (it rubbed me up the wrong way too) let's not insult the scanlator and their mother. If they're a full time carer I understand why they'd be keen to ask for donations, I just hope this doesn't direct harassment or death threats toward them.

As for the chapter, happy to see more development of the dukes mum.

It's like you guys don't want anymore Duke chapters? Telling her to leave and get a real job sure but just means ur ability to continue getting Duke regular will be gone. Shes not Watermarking across the art asking for a donation its always been at the bottom of whitespace.

Ur complaining about someone on a having rarely streamed a commonly played and streamed game on top of that? I think a good number of us have streamed games before on twitch doesn't make us all uber popular streamers with maybe more than 5 randos who come across and watch for a few minutes. She's not a streamer just like none of u who did a couple are a streamer. Ur all rumor starved grasping at straws to rage at her for hard work she puts in. Ur Free to simply not read these chapters and wait in hopes one day the Mangaka gets it published otherwise what ground can u even stand on to even dare complain?

It's a bit pathetic that this is whats occupying ur rage in life or maybe it's a good sign that ur all live such a comfortable life free of any complicated real issues that this is the only thing u can bare be angry at.

No biggie. He needs money to take care his mother. There are plenty online jobs whatever it is. Also, Any group will be gladly pick this up if she is not capable to translate anymore.

All nitori does is just fucking translate. If he stops doing that, there are more translators that'd be willing to take it over after them. It's not like the dislike is being directed towards the mangaka themselves. It's insane how he calls it "his" series. It isn't. He's already profiting from someone else's work.

@IsolatedPhoenix I'd rather not have someone actively scanlating a manga than them making money off of it and using it for their personal benefit outside of buying raws or stuff like that. This whole scanlation thing has always been huge a grey area, but people have been (and should be) doing it out of their own accord to offer others the chance to read it, not to get something out of it as it is the case here.
Profiting off someone's work without their consent/approval has never sat well with me, never will and that last page from this chapter really went over the line in this regard. Just because someone is supposedly in a bad spot in life doesn't mean they get a free pass for profiting off something they don't own or have the rights to in any shape or form.

If a person cares about their hobby more than about getting money to provide for their sickly family members, it's not a sure example to follow. Dunno how it's done in your neighborhood, but where I live, people with real issues try to find real jobs. It's a logical advice and not an offence.
