Her body must have previously have an owner. The emperor seems to know her. She said her body responds out of her will, so maybe they are the remnant feelings of the previous owner? I don't really trust the brother, and emperor isn't helping at all. All we can do is just wait and see.

The art is good, so I thought it could carry me alone a bit further in the plot, but nope... This story, these characters are so bad, it completely eclipses any other quality.

God, the characters get worse and worse. How can the main character suddenly be all meek and blushing towards a guy she clearly feels disgust and contempt towards.
She just forgets how he randomly attacked two guards because he thought their looks were lecherous?! Even if he's an emperor, it's preposterous that there would be no repercussions to his actions, which are clearly hostile toward the main characters faction, who BTW, is the most important person in this world.
Utterly ridiculous. So many comics that start off decently and then turn to shit right away. Another drop for me.

That's not her who is blushing but the body of the previous owner meaning previous owner liked the hugs just like when you like eating chocolate your body won't forget it even with amnesia that's memory muscle for ya which is why people with PTSD have a hard life too because their body remember the terror it felt in X event.

Right now I like him as much as the ml in the forgotten empress i.e I do not like him at all.

Also I'm a idiot ,so it took me a minute to realize it, but the explanation her brother gave her is pretty iffy.
