I really like that the dad loves her and takes care of her and not hate her like other stories where the father is a merciless prick who either kills his daughter or hates her in the very beginning. Also he's a very good father and that makes it a much better stories than others in my opinion because I hate it when the father is a damn bastard who hates his own flesh and blood just because of her mother, powers, etc.
