I almost found this organization to be unrealistic, until I remembered PETA existed.

Deadass I thought they were gonna just feed them stolen newborn babies and missing kids. I guess it would be easier to hide a elderly person they would probably be missed "less" than what I was thinking of.
A missing kid on the news is an emergency, a missing elderly well they could be dead by the time you find them

How do you find, organise and manage a company of evil people. Their interviewing process must be the best for filtering out any person with a moral compass otherwise there would be whistle blowers galore.
