great chapter  even through Aniki saw Kojima as his little brother, he knew that its time to end him off. Kojima wont change and already left behind to much scorched earth, so he had to act as Wakagashira and punish him

I thought he was going to actually live by the way the other guy was talking. I was waiting to see the next chapter when they were bowing their heads and asking for forgiveness. What an amazing chapter. Please keep them coming and thanks.
Well, if you remember he killed the hopeless wrestler who was in debt and do all sort of bad stuff, like assault. He also said that those people shouldn't be left alive
To his brother, he's actually more humane than that time. The hopeless wrestler die after multiple shoots, while his brother die without fear, very similar to how they kill a leg broken horse

Like someone already mentioned, Kojima also reminds me of The Sopranos Richie Aprile. Not only in that he's an old gangster who spent a lot of time locked away and still does things the "old way" but also because of what the big man said, that Kojima can only get his rocks off when violence is involved with Richie holding a gun to his partner's head while doing the deed.

Ofc, this might be just seeing connections where there are none, but I wouldn't be surprised if the author did watch The Sopranos and took inspiration from it, especially since it is an exceptionally well done show.
