If I recall correctly, Ghiosa owners with awakened ones wouldn't have their memories rewound by the regression. Lan Ghiosa is definitely an awakened one, so not so much it tattled as it is he just plain never forgot in in the first place.

YEAH i was about to write that, because he remembers everything but acts like he forgot what she have done or forgave her, so think the sword must have heard her and her thoughts and regrets about killing him
