From my understanding of the study, the statistics weren't limited to women currently in lesbian relationships but rather women who identified as lesbians. So all of their previous relationships would be included in their answers not just their current one.

Out of all of the lesbians included in the survey about a third of the women indicated they had experienced domestic abuse from men, I think largely from people who dated men prior to coming out or came out to their male partners with the intent of breaking up. When removing those men from the statistic it falls in line with every other demographic.

I always try to correct this whenever someone mentions it because no one outside of the lesbian community ever brings up this study with actual concern, just trying to demean us and make lesbian relationships seem lesser than heterosexual ones.

Asexuality is not a lack of sex drive but it's little to no sexual attraxion to anyone and it is a spectrum. She has a strong libido and enjoys sex, but only when she isn't involved. I know it seems strange but I think specifically she is Aegosexual
