Saku with the failed Hachiman villain act thanks to Shouhei recognizing the farce. He might be no thoughts head empty most of the time, but he has his heart in the right place and knew his future friend was doing some BS. The reason wasn't anything I'd expect either. Saku is just really bad at communicating. He could've just told the others to wait for the reason after (x date when the seniors would pop the surprise) instead of needlessly playing the villain.

My goodness, how just wholesome can this be? Such a precious friendship. This is why I'm craving for another girl or two to join this wholesome crew, we have four good boys and two good girls, so I'd say there's room for maybe two more good girls to join the gang. Still holding out for Ayato getting an older girlfriend
