Somebody give Madoka, this actually intelligent girl an award. She really hit the nail on the head and pointed out the cognitive dissonance about the school next door. Their uncomfortable expressions now show they have doubts. That's right girl, break their conditioning!

Madoka isn't "smart" by their metrics, but boy is she smart by my book. She's actually a critical thinker, having an important skill that a supposedly not-so-smart girl like her wouldn't have. Best of all, she's just a bundle of enthusiastic energy who's also different from Kaoruko and Subaru, so she also has something new to offer to the table. Now I'm just itching to see her join the gang. Make it happen, please.

They actually accepted to meet up and learn the truth for themselves? My goodness, this story's developments just feel so right to me. It doesn't actually lack in conflict, but the resolutions just feel so good... it's refreshing.
