Haven't experienced body wide burns only localized 3rd degree burns, but i can say that as long as the muscles haven't siezed up, if your able to endure the pain and don't panic you probably could dunk something over your body, 4th degreen however probably not.Thankfully, I've never experienced body-wide 3rd-degree burns, but I strongly suspect that if I did, I wouldn't be able to casually open a bottle of anything and pour it on myself without writhing in abject agony and maybe passing out for a bit first.
