'drug eating mage' is pretty accurate for this one.
Rather than-
"I need to find this 2000 year old, one of a kind, ancient chinese dumpling to go from intermediate level blah to intermediate+ level!"
it's more like-
"oh god, I'm terminally ill and in constant pain! I KNOW WHAT WILL FIX THIS! CRACK! Good, I've done enough hits and muggings to afford a month's supply of CRACK. Better start looking for more 'jobs' to get enough to make it through the next week. Oh good, these will get me enough CRACK to last through tomorrow-wait, where'd it all go???"
Rather than-

Started decent, had a cool premise but got generic pretty quickly, not to mention the use of Batman characters Knock-offs....

I quite like this
futuristic/fantasy
done right imo it mixes a ton of niche genres together and is put together quite well
futuristic/cyberpunk elements arent like in your face like most where Mc gets ahold of something like a rail gun that can destroy planets
and it's more modern than like cyberpunk
world building imo is the only thing lacking it makes sense though I like planetary exploration legendary mechanic is one of my favorite novels but it seems we will only be sticking to a single planet which is okay. with that it feels like there's not much world out there there seems to be about NY city level of world
the fight are interesting but it would be cool to see more struggle instead of Mc just popping drugs and one shooting everything
it's nice to see a character be cunning ish but it lacks stuff that reverend insanity has that would truly excell this manhwa in RI the Mc could truly die at any point and it would be believable here well we know Mc isn't gonna be challenged that hard even though he has very overwhelming weaknesses. it just seems thr enemies he fights which are strong just lose brain cells fighting against Mc
well despite all that it's a real good manhwa imo 8/10 sucks it's been hiatus into oblivion
