The Ghost That Lives in The Doll

Another masterpiece from aman. I also read their one shot "The CEO", which is hilarious. I'm curious about the backstory of the "doll", how he died, although it's obvious since he has a grudge of being abandoned, it has something to do with it. Perhaps neglectful parents that caused him to starve/die? And what's up with the male lead/guy who took the doll in? Is he truly oblivious, or does he know there's a ghost and feels bad for him?
