Interesting development, although kinda previsible considering how toxic the highschool life is often depicted in manhwa.

So basically, Yuri stayed away for 2 years, making herself pretty for Lee Taeyang, asking our MC Jonwoo to introduce her to him now that she's not ugly anymore, but she had no idea that they now hate each other, making everything worse... Worst of all, I can already see Yuri take Jonwoo's side for a while after witnessing Taeyang being an asshole but still crushing on the bully nevertheless (until they bury the hatchet and he redeems himself with Jonwoo as matchmaker punching ball). Poor MC's got nothing going right for him.

In the psychological state he's currettly in, it's going to take a while for the MC to even entertain the idea of just being worthy of any real relationship, especially with a girl. Even if one literally threw herself at him (which doesn't seem to be this kind of webtoon, at all), with his anxiety and paranoia, he'll most likely be wary of a prank or a setup than believe it.

Hamin, Yuri, best girl this and that. This all seems quite far away imho, if you're in it for relationship progress and shipping, I think you'll have to be quite patient and don't expect much. It will probably happen down the line but he'll first have to regain some self esteem and stand up for himself, which might take a whiiiiile, fighting bullies and thugs from the past and present along the way.
