So she's immortal and wants to die but every method she tries fails. She becomes close friends with a classmate and they fall in love, but the girl gets sick and dies. MC still lives on and way into the future she meets the reincarnation of the girl but leaves her cuz she doesn't want to go through the pain of losing her again. Then the universe ends and the big bang starts an exact copy of the previous universe like in Futurama. She bumps into the girl again, and she remembers her from her past lives. They get back together and she finally decides to stop trying to kill herself. It's sweet how they were always destined for each other, and I hope this doesn't get taken down cuz of no text. It needs the shoujo ai tag since they were obviously more than friends (it's implied they kissed and there's a scene where she gives her a ring)

I'd like to correct CSmith327's comment a bit:

the girl's lover didn't just get sick and dies, but rather died of old age (pages 57 and 126 show her as an old woman), meaning they already spent a lifetime together. Also the scene with the ring is when MC meets the reincarnation of her lover when hitchhiking, but she's already married with someone else.
