Sure, I am sure her original mom was a helicopter parent that couldn't stop nagging her, but to go the opposite route and become a NEET(/its close equivalent) is utterly disappointing after such an impactful first chapter.

I was hoping she would grow a bit from it. Most folk do after experiencing these kind of traumas (that or continue to suffer from the trauma)

I mean, I was hoping for her delving a bit more over her grief of effectively never going to see her original parents again, but once again, a story disappoints after the first chapter. : /

Well, it is her own decision I guess. Can't say I am happy about it though.

i really liked that she doesnt want to study anymore and want to live her life to the fullest after rebirth i think that gives her room for charachter growth and it also is comedic i truly dont know where this manhua is going it can be all fun and comedy like 'not so sidekick' or it can become more seriouse in tone like the queen or maybe a little bit of both like ' this girl is a little wild 'and 'the monster duchess' but i still hope it does have some kind of plot and not only ' iam living my new life in luxury and nothing ever happen ' but i dont think thats the case also i hope this manhua is not ruched to an end like some i think it has potential really thanks to the transkating team for picking this up and good luck i hope u dont keep us waiting to long no pressure thou🤭

honestly i'm fine with her going down this path. she already tried the "work hard, maybe way too hard even" route in her first life, i think it's fair that she'd want to try slacking off in the second one. i mean she died so young before and didn't really get to enjoy life at all. that kind of thing leaves a mark. I WAS HOPING FOR MORE CUTE FAMILY MOMENTS THO NEGL i feel deprived :'( rude!!
