The thing that made them interested in the first place wasn't his adventurer work, it was that he gave them something they needed more. Anastrea even admits she didn't expect him to refuse her in ch.1. So she at least doesn't stereotype.

The thing is, if the goddess is truly giving him "divine protection", of any level -- all it means is that all of his major achievements have nothing to do with his own personal merit.
Thus far, it seems like everything he gained, was because of dumb luck, or because extremely powerful people are showing him favor.

All that means, is that I am waiting to see what sort of reason the author could possibly come up with, that'd explain why this random old guy gets so much attention, from so many powerful people, other than for "lul funny".

I'm starting to think the description says "20.." just so people won't be disgusted with the actual age of the priestess, and won't give the story any chances.
I know it'd severely fuck with my ability to give it a chance.

There is so much innuendo in the way the black haired mage girl speaks and acts. It's only played for laughs right now, but maybe later we'll see more of her action and her lady companions.
