OK, I call bogus bs. If an item has a level restriction below which one cannot equip said item, then it does not matter if it is a user or an npc. If they are below lvl, they can't equip it, PERIOD. the lvl restriction is there for a reason. This means that either the author lied about the lvl restriction, or lied about Blizzard being reset to lvl one. I guess there is a third option: they ignored what they wrote just a few short pages before. Either way, it makes it harder for me to enjoy reading. Gaaah. I'll have to knock a star off my rating over this. :/
