From the hour of googling i did, the author made racist tweets that got dug up. there is a thread on reddit about it. Its the only place i could find any sort of explanation.

Well, this manga is the equivalent of a plate of microwaved retailer's brand junk food, which main ingredients would be revenge and violence.
You eat it because it will still fill your tummy, but you swear to yourself you will have a real meal next time.
Average, at best.

It's a shame it was cancelled. I remember when I followed the raws. It would be nice if they continued
