I think you're looking too deeply into this. She was in a bad situation, being hounded by the people from the slums, all her prior interaction with princes were... Less than stellar, let's put it that way, and here comes someone at that bad moment, proclaims himself a prince. Her first reaction would obviously be negative, so to some extent, first prince was just the victim of unfortunate timing, if anything. Plus the Goddess didn't harm him, she put him to sleep in a bed of leaves so comfy he instantly fell asleep, so we can probably assume that wherever he ends up landing, he won't be hurt. Also, fair to assume goddess could sense he didn't have entirely pure intentions in coming to meet Alm so...

I feel like misandry might be reaching a tad. He simply was in the wrong place at the wrong time like the silly doofus he is. Was it unfair? Perhaps but he was simply sent away albeit a bit stronger than normal
