@aarondang02, to answer your question. It's a toss up with this mangaka since they've done both routes. Is the manga going to go the route of the oneshot, who knows? Hopefully the guy friend has more balls to let that happen, but it's Japan so she'll probably do a video with someone else before it turns vanilla between the two.

@zyzt I think that is basically a side story about a girl that is in that field of work that found love and show that even who do that work can found it... what I think is that this side story was put as bonus for the suspence for than hit with the next chapter... I believe that the next chapter is the first of the second volume.
