The action happened quicker than I expected, didn’t think the girl would seek them out so soon. I wonder if the president will have to save them again.

It’s hard to want the MC to use her immortality since that would mean getting seriously injured repeatedly. Which is just like the woman in my pic actually. But this series doesn’t have a tragedy tag, so they’ll probably just save it for serious situations. Or whenever they discover what she really is.

I'm honestly relieved that she managed to redirect that ill-will towards some stranger instead of her best friend. If nothing else because her best friend is an absolute fluff-ball and definitely doesn't deserve that sort of betrayal.

(The protagonist doesn't deserve bad things either, of course, but it's not her best friend.)
