It would have been better if the girl was able to do something here, like resisting the Ayakashi and then using her power of immortality, get slashed up and 'die' in exchange for better boi to save beta boi.
Right now her power is getting controlled and guided by everyone without resistance. Sandbag MCs are the worst.

Okay for five chapters this one is progressing slowly which is fair I think coz it's a webtoon. I really dig supernatural stories like this so I'm on this train!

How did the green thing find the second guy though? They haven’t had the chance to meet yet.
@afiaki she’s simply unable to die, not some millennia old immortal vampire. She’s still her age and being unable to die doesn’t help avoid having her movements restricted or give her any way to fight or some super strategist brain. The only thing she can do so far is take on the hit for others and survive, and she did intend to use that and get slashed up, but it’s not her fault the spider hated how willing she was. To be fair the trained guy couldn’t avoid the webs either, does that mean we have two sandbags now?

It's true that's an unreasonable expectation given the reality presented in the the story, however, for me I find it really annoying and boring to follow characters like this. It completely takes me out of the story. It's not like the weak protagonist trope isn't really common in Japanese literature, but I definitely don't enjoy it.
