Yomis mother can be either Brilliance or Fox. Neither one was willing to say. Brilliance may be Alex's mother, but since "negotiation" is her skill then its highly likely she is a manipulator so may be his actual mother or just pretending since a fox is believe to be his mother (but seems unlikely since everybody else has beast person traits if they are at related to a beastperson.

Also from what I saw “Fox” has only one tail, and his “mother” is nine-tail. So I tend to believe that brilliance is not bullshitting here.
