I was really enjoying how this manga didn't just do important, game-winning hand = BIG hand (like everything from Saki to Casino Royale does). It made it feel a bit more grounded, if you accept the M premise everything could happen. Kinda feels like it didn't need Junpei to get the ridiculous tiles he did so I'm a little disappointed.

If it emerges next time that Junpei cheated to get that exact hand, I'll offer a formal apology to the author, buy all the volumes and name my firstborn son Akiyama
