wouldn't it mean that the mc is just straight up weaker stat wise to every single "divine" and even that girl? he just leveled up the "normal" way by killing monsters right at the tutorial without any stat up bonuses, well the author will probably just ignore it and only use this to kinda justify the girl's strength

If I recall correctly, he's still level one as well because you couldn't level up properly during the tutorial, but could get stats or something like that. And then also he already has a pact with all of those and more anyways so he'd be getting the stats anyways, so it's more she's going to be playing catch up.

checked back and no, he levelled up normally on the death loop tutorial (reached level 73) and only after that he got his gacha stuff rolled back

so he had no way of getting those stat bonuses when levelling up, more so its extremely likely the author just decided to add this now to justify the catgirl being very strong later as the first chapter shows the death loop in the tutorial being a recommended strat for new players to reach lvl 99 in a guide (if you could get stat buffs by levelling normally instead/completing the tutorial that method would just be killing all your lategame potential and worthless)
