So dude can one shot with a punch a "high level spider demon" and she knows that's just the tip of the icebearg with this magic.... and she doesn't even think of at least asking him to save her from her overly sadistic family?
Seriously they need to sacrifice someone right? She lost only by cheating so she shouldn't be ashamed by asking for help to get out of it. All he has to do is save her and let her siblings choose who to use instead.
But seriously this entire scenario is just bullshit. Why would the father be okay with cheating? Especially since the current her is so far above her siblings they literally had to team up to stop her? The established purpose of the ritual was to sacrifice the weakest. If that's a lie then the competition itself was meaningless from the start and this entire sub plot is just a convoluted distraction. But if the competition was real then the father just abandoned it seemingly just to screw the heroine over.
There are a few "explanations" that could explain this in the next couple chapters but all any of them will do is serve as weak excuses to justify a forced plot. Just because you can give an excuse for something doesn't turn it into good writing. You still need to do things like forshadow properly, maintain the story flow, ect. Because if the story is complete nonsense until an exposition dump then you just failed to entertain most of your readers.

The two exorcists girls are insanely unlikable and annoying. The way they have absolutely 0 social skills or knowledge of norms is insane.
Which is a bad direction to go since they'll obviously be important in the story and stick around.

also, for many in na that somehow don't want to accept reality, the concepts such that the rules are dumb and should not be followed, there r *noone '" decent among established groups and similar types so that to get ahead, the only method is the screw other ppl over, while not as widely accepted in na as far as i know, since i don't know about europe so i won't mention them, however in much of asia and latin america it is something commonly known that either it be survival or any meaningful influence can and much more likely than not be the product of rather horrible things, although mostly forgettable like stuff at the lvl of say driving some kid to suicide, or ruining some1s life to take their position -stuff that ppl generally don't care about sad it may be- there is way worse however if ur looking for depression u should go search that up urself, there is plenty. anyways since this genre at its core is build on power fantasy, just like with the whole company that ignores labour law etc, ppl can emphasize with the narrative of killing off or breaking up an establishment, whether thru impossible mental or formality based gymnastics, or violence, something like that, idk where im going with this srry
^ if i confused u like i almost did myself -basically the girls family represents society, and the payoff is having mc 'tell them fk off' while boring and a repeated thing like, everywhere, there is a reason y so so many isekai clones exist. so no, every1 here deluding themselves into hoping for plot or w/e, there never was and nevr will be, so just make tired jokes about how w/e this is should focus on the side char since she is plot to some ppl, or something_' idk, if ur here cuz ur miserable and and decided that u might as well mentally prepare urself for torture or w/e, hf i guess

Oh well... the protagonist is an arsehole anyway. At some level I almost hope he does suddenly abort the date to help the exorcist yandere... because he doesn't fucking deserve to date a Best Girl. I also hope he dies in the process. He'd be more useful as fertiliser for weeds than as he is.
