I don't think 3 hours is that unrealistic, because I don't think she fought continously for 3 hours. It doesn't make sense that she did. she must be really exhausted from the war and running away from them for 3 days. so she shouldn't have much strength left. I also assume it did take some time for them to move her then take of the armor and such. ML said it was 3hours since he ordered them to kill her, but they for sure didn't start fighting right after. There is alot of factors, but personally I would say they didn't fight for more than 10-15min, maybe 30. To me this makes more sense. And the fact that she managed to fight off multiple well rested soldiers even if she was very exhausted, speaks alot for how strong she actually is. this is a fml I can support.

She wasn't fighting for three hours. When the emperor heard the scream it was when she stabbed the dude in the arm. They probably put her in a holding cell to get everything ready for her beheading. I dont know why they just didnt do it right then and there.

She's just too awesome, honestly. I can't wait for her to get everything she deserves.
The three hours thing probably was because she was being harassed by that dude. He seemed like a real talker and most likely took forever to strip her of her armor. (As well as the possibility of having held her in a holding cell, like @ Saitoki said.)

I don't really like the emperor. Upon finding out the talented platoon commander was a woman, he immediately ordered her to be executed. Then looking at her achievements, he regrets that decision. Such an incompetent leader.
