@Notesha
Seriously. An isekai without Japanese elements in it, is is that hard to do? Unless the author states there is a Fictional Japanese somewhere.
Your opinion doesn't make any sense.

It's a Japanese manga. Made by a Japanese artist with Japanese young adults as its target audience. Is there any other reason why it has Japanese elements?
What do you mean
@Notesha ?
I just, don't understand you...

An isekai without Japanese elements in it,
I'm confused, the fact that "isekai" is a Japanese word, then the word "isekai" itself are Japanese elements. You make me confused about what you want. If you use the word reincarnation then i get it. you can read Chinese or Korean comics about reincarnation, then say "why is there a Japanese elements in it? " You can do that but you saying that in Japanese comics.... ???
And this one isn't about isekai either or reincarnation.
I bet notesha going to edit the comments changing isekai to reincarnation.
