I'm sorry ... is something wrong with that guys eyes. That looks much more like a steak knife than a butter knife.

Also, I did NOT notice that the whole cast was up in this piece. Which game is that again ... I don't usually follow fighting games. It's NOT street fighter and/or smash brothers so I'm at a loss.

3rd Iori Yagami (Purple hair covered 1/3 of his face)
4th Terry Bogard (the guy with red/white cap & red gilet)
5th King ( a blonde hair girl with bowtie, white shirt and black vest)
6th ??? (this one I'm not sure who, does look familiar - black jacket with white padding)
7th Blue Mary (another blonde with sleeveless red top)
8th Andy Bogard (long blonde hair with white martial art clothing)
