If this is the 17,600th restart, we can assume the schedule isn't acclerating so aggressively every time. Otherwise, there would be no time left. Still, even from the previous restart, it has been three years ahead of time. That is, assuming Tian Cheng was actually remembering the previous restart! It's entirely possible he was remembering a restart from a thousand restarts ago. He hasn't been the main character of most cycles, probably, since he has only made it to stage five 120 times, out of those 17,600 iterations, so it's possible he only remembers a cycle where he got to late stage four, at least. Or there could be some other condition.
