he restrained the other guy but the one he's interrogating is unrestrained.. wow the big brain of this guy.
it's kinda disappointing that the author just wants to make him OP in certain specific events considering even the dragon acknowledges his strength enough to say "do you wanna destroy the world?" when mc asked he wanna learn magic and now he's like a bystander in the middle of a battlefield just idling and jerking around. the The Max Level Hero Has Returned! properly portrayed the lazy OP mc but not this. sad.
