My guess would be inaccuracies, all the other ones are MTL. A bunch of them have typical MTL mistakes, some bigger than others.
Also the releases don't hurt, they increase the attention to the manga. This is honestly one of the better twitter manga out there.

Exactly that reason. I usually tell TL's to fix their mistakes, and point out the issues long before I take on a project. When they ignore me, or tell me to eat shit, I do it myself. The other three or four TL's' quality would range from stilted, to confusing, to outright wrong. I figured I'd bring some consistency to the quality of the story, and fix as many mistakes as I can along the way- maybe add a few TL notes for the people who care.

So you followed through. Respect.

Almost all my uploads follow this cycle of "Fix your shit or I'm doing it myself". I always feel compelled to do something right when I see it done wrong.

I didn't say this before, but I'll say it now: Erotica is off the table. I spend a while on each page, and I'd like to not be blue balled the whole time I'm at it. There's a magical zone in the Wholesome-Porn continuum where you either dial it back ,or you make porn. This series is on the "dial it back" end of the zone, and it refuses to do so for any serious period of time. Ecchi, on the other hand, isn't so distracting, and porn doesn't blue ball me at all.

ah sorry. i know there's a handful of old school series that never got fixed but hard to sort through it all lol

there was one translator ppl complained about but more so for him using "British slang" as opposed to any huge grammar/spelling mistakes

I've always wanted to read this, but the translation has grammatical mistakes, even more so with the 2nd TL. It's not the worst, and there aren't any chapter gaps like there were years ago, but I'd really love this to be improved.

Oh, and careful not to check the uploads by SSSSS, that dude's a notorious asshole that even loves to spoil things in the chapters he translates (you can check the ones by Imanity Scans instead).

Pareto principle. The popular stuff will have TL fall over themselves to translate, but there's the other 80% of manga that are never even poked at.

Sad, but that's the life of relying on free fan labor. Just gotta learn Japanese myself.

The existing translations are MTL nonsense by people who likely don't even speak English, so a new TL is always welcome.
