Putting aside the idiocy of the school somehow putting the class rep in the bottom class out of the blue, without any explanation, the whole idea that a teacher can expel an entire classroom for losing a clearly extracurricular ad hoc competition held for the teacher's ego is nonsensical. Whenever these writers pull crap like this out of their ass to introduce artificial tension, I have to struggle to continue reading.
