As long as they’re not in like , bathrooms I’d imagine anywhere public is fair game as well as ppl using their cars cam which seems to be more common in Korean drivers
the argument is not that simple. idm them being in favor of cctv, they are from the police so they'll obviously have an interest in it being in more places to ease their jobs. it's the portrayal of the issue as if there are no legitimate concerns with cctv that is dumb.
