Edit: hey numbnuts if your organs are atrophying due to that unknown energy how about you neutralize the effects of atrophy by... oh I don't know... using your lich form?! Pretty obvious solution buddy. Organs can't atrophy if you're undead. At least if they do it won't effect you due to you being temporarily undead.
