I'm assuming those are the survivors from a bad end where a group like the Evolutionary Society won only for them to be unprepared for something and just put survivors in capsules for some of them to survive.

Sidenote, what Jisu did with the Crusaders made me wonder what Junghoon's divinity would be. My bet is Baldur do to his defense and his ability to charm people.

They too saw a stone of prophecy or the demon's lair and knew their world was doomed. They prepared the vault and entered suspended animation, awaiting future players to discover and revive them. I really hoped this chapter would end with them finding the other Seungwoo. I'm really looking forward to 175!
