What the hell is going on in China in this one? that is just fucked up on many levels. no pun intended.
plus the arrogance and don't think they will lose at all. "they are just a small force." the Eunuch guy should read up on his country's history. many small forces did win against huge ones.. he ought to know it is dangerous to dismiss them like that, sigh.

oddly i feel sorry for the World eater but not much. he was ready to destroy other worlds to save his own sorry butt.

At least the World Eater died fairly honorably and chose to use his last moments to help the MC by showing him the way to a powerful item. On top of everything else they're already finding in there, giving them a massive boost.

I highly doubt China has a lot that could fight against the MC's Transcendence level ability. Maybe the Emperor himself, since the claydolls might not increase the undead's strength when they destroy those, and the claydolls might be easy to make.

Huh, how convenient that MC pick up a bow that can pierce barrier to shoot at the ball of deadly laser. I wonder if he/someone going to get some sun shooter/slayer divinity.

Mythology-wise, China's emperor supposed to be son of heaven, with golden 5 claws dragon as motif. Imagine if the game version of this mean he's dragonian. Emperor's might/aura being Dragon's Fear does seem fitting.

they made eunuchs* in this day and age? China is doing worse than I thought...
*eunuchs are men that were castrated and serve the Emperor. That was done so they could enter the inner palace and not defile any of the Emperor's wifes or smth like that. Idk much about Chinese history, only what I learned through Apotecary Diaries lol
