Damn, girl! She nerfed him a little just to keep thieving cats away. Unfortunately for her that sent him the wrong message, but I guess she can always enjoy his look without glasses in their, uhm, future sexy times if it gets to that. He made her swoon with his fresh look, but she made him swoon with her singing. Nice. So much for overthinking and possible misunderstandings, but all's well that ends well. Mission accomplished for Hawk, I guess?

Too bad only he was blushing. She can tell because he was easy to read, and she wasn't flustered because she already knew what it was like to hold the hand of the opposite sex. Unless he asks, I hope she doesn't say anything unprompted about her ex at some point. They aren't dating yet but talking about a former lover can be a flub that I expect she has enough sense not to do. Good thing it's not him with the ex because I can see him do it given his lack of... sense. Girls don't wanna hear boys talking about other girls and it's true the other way around as well. And nobody wants to hear a rant about ex lovers.
