True to the real world, but sickening enough.. I've had enough of people conveniently putting blames to anyone and everyone to satisfy their reasons, ignoring the predominant evil that's causing all of that; or what the root problem is in logical terms.

Tho it is used to 'break' someone's self-confidence to build up a plot point in fictional media, it's almost the same effect as does in real life.

Tho let's not pursue such stressful subjects and admire the protagonist magic circles.. heck yeah.

I actually liked the general more here, he was actually using psychology to break her before killing a dangerous opponent and knew the human mentality well enough to do it plus he was disposing off trash. Although killing humans is bad, I lost all sympathy for this world when they used the MC as bait instead of their people. Would say the evil god was also probably brought there by humans too with how the author is writing it up to be.

This is just cartoonist. It always seems like demons are just evil for evil sake, which is technically the point but wow does it feel idiotic.

Guess that makes the General a good character, though, as I don't particularly like him. But it's hard to tell if this is intentional or not. Is this psychological warfare, or just human hatred from the author.
