Man, This is what I've been wanting. A Stupidly OP Female Isekai story that doesn't involve romance. It's hard to come across these types. Kuma Kuma Kuma Bear is one that jumps out at the top of my head.

1) First introduced guy is the love interest (pre-introduced guys like childhood friends are exception).
2) Points for blond hair.
3) Points for being royality.
4-5) Points for being dumb.
4-5) Points for being mean to heroine.
6) Points for "badump" from first encounter with heroine.
Flowery pattern is pretty common for every love interest, bit if it's prevalent before other interests being introduced it's somehow a flag.
