You know, in a good story, this MC would be perfect as a tragic antagonist who trying to destroy the world but truly believes that by doing so, he will save it. But because this isn't even Japanese, it's a Korean isekai, it's our MC. So, because of this, he blindly trusted the 'system' and destroyed the world.

Ah, it's so good when you can see the quality of the writing from the beginning, not after 20-30 chapters.:win::win:
Y'all haters don't consider the possibility that a 7 year old, almost literally going through dozens of years of experience and then seeing his loved ones die, would believe the vision? Not only that, it's the hero of the 1000 years ago, literally his ancestor btw, who is giving him the advice. And not only did lil bro see everything unfold, while he was growing up, it exactly matched what he saw, how would you not believe it? Istg if a guy came up to me and said "lil bro, you will find $20 under the plate of cake at a surprise party 3 weeks now and 6 weeks after that, your physics teacher will throw a curve ball by changing up his exams from previous years, you should study more about optics than electrical. And when your friend asks you about ditching school together in the last day of school, you shouldn't because your mom's yoga class will get cancelled and she'll be home to pick up the calls she usually ignore"

How can I not trust that random dude from then onwards, huh? Bro's words would literally be like a cheatcode. Y'all gotta stop being gooner ahh haters and immerse yourself more into the characters, walmart brain ahh guys.

Maybe I’m strange, but even if some guy from the future appeared in front of me and started claiming that I need to kill my present and future loved ones, I wouldn’t do it. Even if I saw some validity to his words throughout my life, it’s still an absolutely insane claim to make. You criticize me for my lack of integrity in the story, but all this shitshow is built on a literal comprehension of the story from the viewer's seat. In the world, he killed many people, including his loved ones. He committed atrocities over many years. And after all this, he stands in front of us as some basic teenage boy who seems like he’s sitting down for a second playthrough of the game. (In the light novel, it’s even worse because he’s portrayed as a literal crybaby, and I can’t believe he could have done all that in his previous life.) What the fuck are you talking about? Again, in the world, he killed, tortured, and terrorized people, including his loved ones… AND ALL OF THIS because of the guy who told him he would save his family in another life. It’s literally a talentless version of Nox.

There is a big reason for it.

The funnier thing is that he didn't seem to understand fully what the ancestor told him and what the system immediately showed him. It was already heavily indicated something bad would be waiting for him in the second life as well. So, he shouldn't have been surprised by the heroines also retaining their memories: The ancestor told him there would be another challenge, the system told him he would be a false villain. So, he might have listened to the ancestor, but at the same time he also didn't listen to him.

That's a fair point especially for his first time through. I suppose he might have also forgotten such a detail from the ancestor's speech over the years.
