That's what I was thinking. I may just have to put this series aside. The premise itself makes no sense and even the plot can't seem to remember itself from one page to the next at times. In this very chapter it called it a Life Charger and since it's introduction it was called that. He was declared the winner, he should have already gotten it.
And actually, in general, the skills make zero sense. Meh. I kept hoping it would get better as I like the art, but... bleh.
